Teen Lit Lab: Reading

Service Description

Teen Lit Lab is a supportive reading class designed for middle and high school students who need extra help with comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary. Through targeted remediation and guided reading strategies, students build essential literacy skills while exploring engaging Young Adult (YA) novels that reflect their interests and lives. Each session includes discussion, reading practice, and take-home connections to encourage more independent reading outside the classroom. This class helps teens rediscover the joy of reading while strengthening the skills they need to succeed across subjects.
